Your IntelliDesk user account is yours, not your company's. You use the same sign-in for every workspace you belong to, and your name and photo follow you into each one.
Signing in
Go to intellidesk.co and click Sign in, then use the same method you used when you signed up. If you signed up with Continue with Google, sign in with Google again, using the same Google account.
Changing your name, photo, email or password
- Click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Choose Manage account.
From there you can:
- change your name and profile photo. Your teammates see the change on tickets, assignments and the Team list within moments, in every workspace you belong to;
- add an email address and choose which one is your primary address;
- set or change your password, and see which devices are signed in, under Security;
- connect or disconnect a Google account you sign in with.
To sign out, click your profile picture and choose Sign out.
Your email signature is set separately, under Settings → My Signatures. What you're notified about is set from the bell's settings (see Stay on top: Daily Brief, notifications and IntelliDesk on your phone).
Can't sign in or can't see your tickets?
I've forgotten my password. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and choose the option to reset your password. We'll email you a code or link.
I signed in, but I'm asked to create a workspace or join one. Your account isn't in a workspace yet, or none is selected. If you were invited, accept the invitation from the email, or choose the workspace from the list on that screen. Only use Create organization if you're setting up IntelliDesk for your own company.
I'm in, but it says I'm not on a help desk yet. You're in the workspace but haven't been given a desk. Ask a manager to add you under Settings → Team.
I'm in the wrong workspace. Click the workspace name at the bottom of the sidebar and pick the right one (see Switching between workspaces, renaming your workspace and organization admins).
I'm asked to add a card. The workspace was created with a personal email address. See Why am I asked for a card when I sign up?
It says the workspace is read-only or locked. The trial or subscription has ended, or a payment couldn't be collected. You can still see everything, but changes are blocked until an organization admin subscribes or updates the card. See How long is the free trial, and what happens when it ends? and Subscribing, changing your card and finding invoices.
I've left the company. Your user account still works for any other workspaces you belong to. Your old company's admin removes you from their workspace.
If none of this helps, email support@intellidesk.co with the email address you sign in with.
